Rehabilitation of a single-family house in a row, that is part of a heritage complex of buildings. The intervention consists of giving importance to the original volume and materials: annexed volumes are demolished, expanding the patio, and part of the brick walls and structures are left in view. During the work, it was detected that the roof was in very bad condition and it was replaced with a new one, made of woof and with termal insulation, obtaining a great improvement in termal comfort, and all respecting the original volume.
