Big rehabilitation and division of a detached house, situated in a central square in Sabadell, to create two independent apartments.

Both apartments have outdoor spaces, a yard and a terrace. All their rooms are wide and useful, and have cross ventilation and natural light.

Part of the original roof has been demolited to create a new terrace with views to the square.
