Rehabilitation of an old single-family house in a row. A new distribution has been made according to the needs of the propertie. The existing floor has been reinforced and a new one has been built in solid wood, to create an under-roof space. The roof has been reconstructed, new windows have been opened and new high energy efficiency installations have been implemented.
