After a thorough analysis of the city and the region, the team decides to create a new road with business and commercial activity to connect the city with the beach and the train station through the agricultural area. This is a repeatable model throughout the Maresme region. Success is guaranteed cause of the distance from Barcelona, ​​close enough to influence its activity, but far enough away to ensure that the rental price will be lower. The buildings are a rehabilitation of the abandoned greenhouses, the new activity is integrated with the landscape, and farmers have also benefits.
